Cameron Pinzke plays an essential role on the ARCO team. As Vice President and Regional Manager, he oversees all levels of the design/build process from pre-construction feasibility to project completion. Additionally, Cameron has been integral in building ARCO’s beverage warehouse & distribution clientele. Cameron received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and has been professionally involved with construction since 1995.

As CEO and Chairman of the Board, Craig is responsible for overseeing all facets of the ARCO Holdings companies. Using a team management approach, he has been a catalyst for substantial growth within the ARCO Holdings family. Craig’s emphasis on building long-term client relationships has made ARCO Holdings a national leader in the Design/Build arena. Craig received a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has been professionally involved in construction since 1992.

As President, Jim is responsible for construction management, cost control, estimating, scheduling and total project management. His focus on providing value driven solutions has helped make ARCO National the leader in the Design/Build construction industry that it is today. Jim received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and has been professionally involved in construction management since 1987.

Russell Gall has been responsible for building ARCO’s outstanding client list. His commitment to long-term relationships, ability to understand a client’s needs and diligent project oversight has been a powerful component of the company’s continued success. To ensure his clients’ needs are met to the fullest extent, Russell works with the project management team throughout the life of a job, continuing communication until final completion. Russell received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Drew manages projects on the front end, supporting due diligence, estimating, design review and cost control efforts. His focus on providing value-driven solutions has proven to be tremendously valuable for clients in the proforma stage of development.

Jake is a Project Manager for ARCO's Pacific Coast division. He oversees projects throughout the Southern California region, ensuring clients receive the very best customer experience.

As Regional Manager, Kurt is responsible for overseeing operations for ARCO Living Group. His focus on owner relations and industry expertise has played a major role in the growth of ARCO’s multifamily and senior living clientele.

As Operations Manager for the Los Angeles office, Mike is involved with projects at every level including project oversight, estimating, primary due diligence, design management, cost control, and scheduling.

Patrick Enrich is a Project Manager for ARCO's Pacific Coast division. He works closely with ARCO's California clients, ensuring their needs are met to the fullest extent from project concept to completion.
