Allegiant afforded the ability to branch out from a long-term corporate career, while our principal continued to offer the same professional services we’ve honed over the last 20 years as a General Contractor and Construction Manager. There is a thriving renovation cycle in swing with a cost-conscious customer base. Being involved in downtown revitalization projects in NuLu as well as associated GREEN opportunities has allowed Allegiant to be at the forefront of many new business expansions in the Louisville and Southern Indiana areas.
