Scope Of Work

This state-of-the-art facility provides Volkswagen employees with a hands-on environment to conduct testing, research and automotive development on new model lines.

The project represented significant challenges from the outset, with an active class schedule conflicting with proposed trade schedules. To complete the project, several construction activities were scheduled around the class schedule without additional expense to the client. The success of the Learning Center project has resulted in additional project work being awarded for the same facility in Dublin, OH.
