Specializing in the installation and operation of any size of water transfer system, we also provide pipeline construction; ponds and impoundments; land clearing, including timber cutting, and stump/brush removal; installation of water/sewer systems, utilities and buried power systems; creation of home sites, driveways, golf courses, and ponds. We also provide trucking services which includes winch trucks, heavy and oversize hauling.

It is with great pride that we are able to say that Williams Excavating, LLC  is the most experienced frac water transfer company in the North East. Beginning as a small excavating company based in the mountains of West Virginia, our company primarily built well pads. Later, when approached by a leader in the frac industry, we were presented with the opportunity to perform water transfer services for the first Marcellus frac in West Virginia. Our company has gained invaluable hands-on experience with a demanding rig line schedule and water transfer to elevations of over 2,500 feet.  We have developed a water infrastructure system in primary operating areas in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. In less than 3 years, we were performing both 5~6 fracs per week in Pennsylvania; and, 5~6 fracs per week in West Virginia.
