Scope Of Work
The Wheaton at Millville is a 3-story, 80,793 square foot assisted living facility. It will consist of 150 beds and includes the state-of-the-art amenities for its residents including:
A total of 156 rooms and was designed to include an adult medical daycare program
Activities room
Community center with a second-floor deck with views overlooking an adjacent lake
Full kitchen and dining room
Nurses’ station and an administration office
This will be the first of several anticipated new assisted living facilities for Green Field Construction Group’s client, Village Healthcare Renewal, LLC.
Anticipated completion timeframe is summer 2019.
