Alpha Omega Constructors, Inc. (AOC) is a full-service commercial contracting company with an extensive network of professional consultants, and specialty Subcontractors, all committed to quality construction and customer satisfaction.

Alpha Omega Constructors, Inc. holds both the ‘A’, General Engineering, and ‘B’, General Building, contractor licenses, as well as various construction and safety management certificates. The principals of AOC, Inc. have been successfully engaged in commercial and industrial construction for over thirty years. A broad understanding of construction methods and materials has been extremely effective in maximizing project value while productively constructing a wide variety of projects. All projects undertaken have been successfully completed, and many have led to repeat business. The following pages include some samples of projects that were bid and managed by Lyndon Brown prior to the commencement of AOC, Inc.

The success of any project is directly related to the ability of those in leadership to communicate. The Designers and Builders must share in the Owner’s vision. As contractors, we are dedicated to understanding and achieving that vision through clear communication. During the bid process, a thorough review of the Owner’s requirements, requests for clarifications where necessary, creation of cost breakdowns and project schedules, and a list of possible value engineering savings, are all a part of the AOC, Inc. process to provide for clear communication. This type of a proactive approach will assist in solving most of the potential problems prior to the start of construction and almost always reduce overall costs and schedule. Projects are aggressively managed and supervised, and regular construction meetings are scheduled to insure our collective goals are met. Close out documents, including as-built drawings, owner’s manuals, warrantees, and releases, are all maintained and collected during construction to allow for a timely completion of the project paperwork along with construction.
