In addition to offering more than 2,000 neighborhood dialysis centers across the country, DaVita is the largest provider of home peritoneal dialysis (PD) in the United States, is the largest provider of home hemodialysis (HHD), and the fastest-growing in-center nocturnal hemodialysis providers in the U.S. DaVita RxSM is a full-service pharmacy specialized in renal care that delivers prescriptions to your home or dialysis center; VillageHealth® is comprised of nurses and healthcare professionals dedicated to providing integrated care management for people with kidney disease; and Lifeline Vascular Access® provides vascular access management services across the country with three times as many centers as the next largest provider.
