Scope Of Work
Construction Manager as Constructor – An addition to a historical private school for special needs students. The addition consisted of a three story 18,000 SF. Steel framed structure. Trades encompassed include but are not limited to; Site Work, Concrete and Masonry Assemblies, Structural Steel, Light Gauge Steel Framing, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Acoustical, Tile, Flooring, Glass and Glazing, Fire Sprinkler, Roofing, Landscaping, Precast Stone Assemblies, Cultured Stone Assemblies, Doors and Hardware, Elevators, Cabinetry And Handicap Lifts.
