Serving persons 55 and older, the community features 38 spacious apartments with modern amenities and resident-controlled access. The grounds include a community center, a playground, and a centrally located gazebo complete with park benches and a barbeque grill encouraging residents to socialize. MACO Development Company, LLC, continues its long, success history of developing affordable housing in the state of Missouri with the historic renovation of Lincoln Hubbard Apartments.
