Incept was formed based on a growing desire by construction project clientele to have proven construction professionals, with integrity, building knowledge and experience, handle their projects.

A growing trend in today’s modern construction industry seems to be the focus on profit and self-growth, rather than the project itself. In many respects the client’s project has become secondary to this unfortunate trend.

The owner and founder of the company, Bud Howard, with over 30 years of experience in project superintendent and hands-on construction processes, has a definitive perception of what is needed to maintain focus on the client’s needs.

Mr. Howard believes the key factor in meeting those needs is to assure all his team have an intimate understanding of commercial construction and all its supporting processes.
