The owners of the Courtyard by Marriott in Brighton came to us to perform a fast-track redevelopment of their reception, lobby, dining and front entrance spaces all while the hotel remained open in under eight weeks.

We stepped up to this challenge and took on leading the project team thru a phased construction project that would ensure its success. The early engagement and collaboration with our team allowed us to plan properly and procure the materials to keep the project rolling. This high amount of coordination led by our team produced a great space that the guests and our clients are very pleased with.
