   With over 21 years of combined experience and 4 years as an established business, Leon’s Concrete has completed a variety of large-scale and mid-size projects. Juventino Leon, owner, and president has spearheaded our early success with his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond in every project we overtake. Juventino has been in the concrete construction industry since 1997. Beginning as a laborer, moving up through the ranks over the years to director of concrete services with some of the largest commercial concrete construction firms in Houston.
