Scope Of Work
W. R. Newman & Associates, Inc. has constructed more than 110 dialysis clinics owned by Dialysis Clinic, Incorporated (DCI) of Nashville, TN. DCI is the nation’s premier operator of free standing dialysis centers.
We provide construction services for new ground up clinics averaging 10,000 SF and remodeling/modernizing of existing facilities. During the remodeling process, we utilize staged construction to maintain continuous clinic operation. DCI’s patients are our top priority when we remodel facilities that are already in operation. During the construction phase, great care is taken so that patient treatment is not interrupted.
For more than 20 years, we have been a team player for DCI. We provide assistance with all building phases of the project, including site selection, preliminary cost budgets, value engineering through the design phase and during construction, and serving as consultant for specialty and atypical job construction schedules.
