Scope Of Work
Scott + Reid was hired to build a new 12,500-square-foot, single story retail shell. The framework is composed of steel columns, joist and deck with exterior framing walls. Exterior finishes include of stone, masonry, stucco and paint. The scope also included a complete site work package including utilities, paving, and landscaping/irrigation.
Upon completion of the first building, Scott + Reid has been hired to complete two additional buildings adjacent to the original.
