Cementitious Polishable Overlay of 4,244 sq ft Retail Space

Design Within Reach moved into a new space in Cherry Creek to accommodate their expanding business. Custom Concrete Prep and Polish applied an epoxy primer and cementitious polishable overlayment between areas of wood flooring.

• Grind floor with 30 grit diamonds to prep floor for Epoxy Primer
• Applied Arizona Polymers AP450 Epoxy Primer with sand broadcast to get the maximum bond strength possible. This is required if future grinding, staining or polishing is desired.
• Poured TEC Level Set® Wear Topping at ½” to align with the wood flooring. This was done in multiple stages due to the flooring design.
• Sealed with 3 coats of matte SSS® Orion Sealer
