Concrete Floor Leveling: Many of our customers just need their floor leveled so their choice of a new flooring can be installed correctly. In these instances, we can grind or scarify the high areas and/or fill in the low areas until the specifications of the new flooring can be met.
Stained or Polished Concrete Floor: Some of our customers would like a stained or polished floor. These two services have a different look, with a stained floor being less shiny and a polished floor having varying degrees of shine. Depending on what the final use of the floor will be, the selection of a sealer is very important. Traffic count, machine solvents, food spillage, and chemicals all should be taken into consideration when selecting a sealer.
Concrete Floor Coatings: Another one of our applications is an epoxy or polyaspartic coating. These coatings can be applied with many different kinds of color chips or quartz products in a multitude of colors. They can also be applied without color chips or quartz and also come in many stand alone colors.Coatings are extremely durable and are great for garages, airplane hangers, warehouses, restaurant kitchens and many other areas.
Moisture Mitigation: The moisture content in your floor can cause the adhesives used for tile and carpet to fail.Moisture mitigation systems, while expensive, can save you many future dollars by correcting these issues now. Concrete is a porous material that can wick moisture vapor up from underneath the floor. A good moisture mitigation system can cap the floor and not allow the moisture to interfere with your adhesives or flooring.
