Scope Of Work
The scope of this project for Phase 1 consisted of a full interior renovation, installation of exterior landscape, installation of an architectural lighting system and concrete hardscaping. For Phase 2, Jacob Construction & Design, Inc. was responsible for replacing the primary rooftop chiller for the UCSB Art Museum. This task involved installing a new rooftop isolation pad, a new chiller unit as well as a new hydronic piping system, which improved the efficiency and capacity output. Finally, JCD designed and installed a new control system to go with the new chiller unit. All construction was performed within a confined space during normal campus operating hours.
