C & S, launched as a corporate entity in 2010, evolved through deliberation and planning by founders and principals Robert Carrao and Anthony Sinocchi who have a collective resumé of nearly 40 years in the design build industry.

The firm’s flagship accomplishments have amassed more than $1.5 billion in construction work on a variety of 100 successful building assignments; union, prevailing wage and non-union built in the New York Metropolitan area.

C & S’ development, design and construction output has ranged widely, from national brand hotels, to more boutique hospitality space; also, residential building of all types, from large campus style projects, to row townhomes, in both the luxury and affordable venues.
