Our Story

Rob and Sarah Gruen opened up Brighter Connection Inc in February of 2005. Their main goal was and still is superior craftsmanship while having exceptional skills in design work.

In a recent interview Rob Gruen was asked to summarize his career. He had this to say;

“I started my electrical career in 1997 and worked for various company’s around the area. I put myself through night classes to learn the National Electric Code and theory of electricity. By 2002 I had acquired enough time in the electrical trade to test for my Wisconsin State Journeyman’s card. While most people stop there I continued with my education and studies to obtain my Wisconsin State Master’s License. When I received my Master’s Electrical License I immediately started Brighter Connection Inc.”

Sarah Gruen initially worked for Brighter Connection part time while she continued to work for Easter Seal’s as an activity coordinator with disabled adults. Brighter Connection grew so quickly that she ended up working full time for the business by 2007. Sarah takes care of the business from the office side of the industry.

When Rob and Sarah are not working they enjoy Brewer’s Baseball and Packer’s Football. Most weekends during the summer you can find them hanging out at their land in Neshkoro, WI or at one of the local parks in the area.
