We built our reputation with custom home builders and general contractors here in the Charlotte, NC market. Starting with residential siding with such builders as Standard Pacific, Shea Homes, Bonterra Builders, Simonini, True Homes and Toll Brothers. 

Over the past seven years, Casanova Siding has bee noticed as one of the region's top siding contractor for fiber cement on both multifamily and assisted living projects.

Our work can be seen from Raleigh to Wilmington to Charleston, SC. We have worked with Triangle Real Estate & Southwood Realty, Gross Builders, CF Evans, Clancy & Theys, Carolina Multifamily Corporation, Doerre Construction, Wood Partners, Capstone Builders among a few.

Full time staff dedicated to providing estimates for siding installation on residential, multifamily and light commercial projects. They are competent utilizing our estimating software program which includes budgeting, material procurement. i.e provide turnkey pricing or labor only, including equipment.  

We work closely with national manufacturers such as James Hardie, Certain Teed, Nichiha, USG, Standard Pacific, LP and their product lines for continually training and installation practices on today’s best products for exterior contracting.

Casanova Siding is considered a preferred installer for James Hardie Building products with their lap siding, board & batten, sheets goods and their Reveal Panel system on larger projects. Our crews have completed over 500 homes in the Charlotte market with Hardie products. We have installed close to 10,000 squares of lap siding, panels and board and batten on multifamily & commercial buildings.     

In addition, we have installed Nichiha Architectural Wall Panels with their Illumination Series.

Recently, we were awarded the USC Housing project for McCrory Construction in downtown Columbia, SC, Revere Mixed Use (retail/apartment) project in Clover, SC working with Gross Builders and The Village of Greer in upstate SC.
