Scope Of Work
Plan and Schedule the Feasibility and Definitive Phases of a specific material handling process for business analysis and gate approval for execution. Plan and Schedule the execution phase in level 3 detail for cost and planning use. Specific Role: Owner’s Project CPM Schedule Development and Maintenance Service for Project Team comprised of owner reps and contractor construction management services. Worked with the project team to refine the project scope, establish the WBS hierarchy, assign activities and apply logic to create an Integrated Project CPM schedule.
