Job Summary

When tasked with delivering widespread updates to First Tech Credit Union’s Palo Alto location on a 10-week timetable, Rylko went above and beyond— not simply meeting, but exceeding the expectations  the client, with exceptional (and memorable) results that allowed the credit union to open its doors earlier than anticipated.

Description

First Tech Credit Union had leased the space for their Palo Alto location, but the previously vacant 3,985 square-foot suite required some significant changes before they could move in. Rylko provided design/build services to upgrade the HVAC and electrical systems, install extensive security measures, and expertly lay out electrical, telephone and data lines. A  fire sprinkler system was also required to bring the building up to code.

From there, the aesthetic work could begin. Rylko coordinated between trades to install a modular wall system that complimented the underlying systems  the space, which was added at the furniture load-in stage. A custom-build teller line and high-end finishes rounded out the streamlined  look  the suite. As usual, it was Rylko’s overarching eye for detail and superior onsite field management that made the project an overwhelming success— as verified by First Tech Federal Credit Union’s facilities manager.
