Scope Of Work
Blue Spader won the award of contract to completely renovate the existing Washtenaw National Guard Armory. This project consisted of a complete gut and included relocation of walls, ceilings, HVAC, and new gun vaults. There were also numerous exterior renovations performed, including the masonry between the windows.
