Chris has proven himself with over sixteen years of Construction and remediation experience performing in the capacities Foreman, General Foreman, Contract Manager and Construction Management.  Focusing on the potential to always strive higher and exceed customers’ expectations to break away from the “par industry product” is what sparked Chris’ interest to create a company with above par standards.  While specializing in areas of construction and renovations of Office, Retail and Residential structures, Chris obtains the ability to continually adapt to changes in market and industry.

Chris’ has participated in projects such as the Harmon Circle in at MGM’s City Center, Palazzo Tower/Venetian Hotel Casino, Design build homes for EquityLink Properties LLC, Production renovations for national property acquisition firms, and many more local and nationally recognized projects to date.
