Scope Of Work
This new 230-unit apartment community will include construction of three multifamily buildings. Building 1: Seven-story, 140-unit, Type III-A and Type I-A construction. Building 2: Five-story, 43-unit, Type V-A and Type I-A construction. Building 3: Five-story, 47-unit, Type V-A and Type I-A construction.
