The D. R. Chamberlain Corporation was established in 1972 as a multi-crafted merit shop contractor based in Lockport, New York. Our growth and success over the years had been predicated on meeting the basic building requirements of our clients in a professional and service oriented manner.

Our Company provides broad range of construction experience which is reflected in our numerous projects throughout Western New York. We have executed projects for commercial, industrial, medical, agricultural, educational, mercantile and professional clients. In addition to our conventional construction capabilities, we are also an authorized builder for CECO Building Systems, a market leader in the manufacturing of metal building systems.

In addition to our commitment to excellence in all phases of construction, our base services includes: design-build, build-lease, turnkey, financing assistance, joint venture participating, feasibility studies, energy management, site development and more.
