Our Story

We are experienced. Since 1998, Schedule 10 has specialized in the large-scale installation of Division 10 materials. Our company proudly stands by the successful completion of hundreds of projects throughout the state of Florida. Moreover, our experience goes beyond the work on the jobsite. For instance all our installers are extensively trained in-house by our best lead installers ensuring our quality, systems and procedures are always consistent with the installation of all our Division 10 materials. This is just one example of what sets Schedule 10 apart from our competitors, better known as the “S10 Difference”. The S10 team has proven their knowledge in understanding the right way to manage projects and install material for our customer’s projects.

We are prepared. Schedule 10 takes a proactive approach from the beginning of a project all the way to its completion. Applying the “S10 Difference” is highly dependent upon how we take action to prepare for a project. Before being awarded a project, we use preparation techniques to increase project accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, we review a project and confirm material requirements through a check and balance system. Our goal is to anticipate project challenges and implement proactive solutions and avoid unnecessary field conflicts and always maintain on project schedule.

We are diverse. Schedule 10 has a reputation of using its communication skills and accuracy for details to successfully complete a wide range of diverse commercial projects. By doing this, we have successfully completed an array of commercial projects. Our proven abilities have empowered us to install for hospitals, schools, public-works facilities, and commercial buildings—just to name a few. Our diverse skill set comes from the value we place on the input of each member of the S10 team. Our team’s contributions are the core of the “S10 Difference.”

We are client-driven. Schedule 10 has a commitment to always act in the best interest of its customers. We are dedicated to continually exceeding our customer’s expectations, project by project. Our customer first approach has proven to be effective in creating long-lasting relationships. Ultimately, the S10 team members make the “S10 Difference” by providing personal attention to each aspect of a job.

We are #1 in Division 10. We are confident in the Division 10 products and services we provide. By incorporating the ideals that go into maintaining the “S10 Difference,” we are able to set ourselves apart from our competitors. Not only is the “S10 Difference” based upon our experience, preparation, detail orientation and customer first approach, but also the character of each and every one of our S10 team.
