Semper Tek, Inc. is a General Contractor and Construction Management firm that is a CVE verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). We specialize in Bid-Build and Design-Bid-Build Federal Contracting, including MATOC, JOC, MACC, and IDIQ contracts. Our firm is also certified as a Kentucky SDVOSB.

Semper Tek is excited to celebrate its 10-year Anniversary in 2018. Formed in July 2008 by Mr. Scott Matheny, Semper Tek, Inc. now employs roughly 36 employees. Semper Tek, Inc. has the experience and capability to perform work in healthcare construction; civil construction; specialty trade work; renovation; and new vertical construction.

Past clients include the Department of Veterans Affairs, The Army Corps of Engineers, U.S.D.A. Forest Service, Department of the Army, and The General Services Administration.

Semper Tek, Inc. performs work primarily throughout the southeast region of the United States. Our corporate office is located in Lexington, KY. Our Southeast Division office is located in Valdosta, GA. We also have a small regional office located in Florence, AL. In addition to General Contracting, our firm has the ability to provide professional design/build services. We also offer a Facilities Maintenance and Municipal Services Division.
