Scope Of Work
Semper Tek, Inc. served as the prime contractor on this federal renovation project for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The Renovate Building 19 project was the complete renovation of 5,000 S.F. hospital research building. The building was unoccupied during the construction; however, this building is directly next door to the very busy entrance to the hospital. It was essential that safety protocols were strictly adhered to and enforced. Construction was performed in two phases. Phase One (1) included the demolition of the existing interior structures and the existing envelope. Phase Two (2) included the new construction,mechanicals, and interior finishes.
