Scope Of Work
his was a design build master planned project consisting of three buildings: a 426,410 sq. ft.; a 77,375 sq. ft.; and a 43,525 sq. ft. The 77,375 sq. ft. was a build to suit for Keller Supply. The other two buildings were speculative. Each building was constructed simultaneously. Due to poor soil conditions, the site required import of 170,274 cy of dirt to surcharge the building pads. After settlement completed and the dirt was removed, the entire site had to be cement treated due to weather conditions. The Keller Supply building had to be occupied first, which made phasing of the crews and work flow critical because their building was at the back of the site.
