Scope Of Work
Description: Conversion of an existing 50,000sf concrete tilt warehouse to 2 story self storage with drive through access and improvements to approximately 5 acres of exterior for boat and RV storage. We installed an RV dump and wash station with an actuated gate valve to separate storm and sanitary flow. Installed approximately 16 new security cameras and (2) automatic gate systems for access control.
