Family owned and operated since 1983, LoDuca does both private and public works projects. Formed by Richard LoDuca, he started out as a home development company and by 1987 grew into a public works and commercial contracting business.  For over 3 decades LoDuca has been building projects all over Long Island as well as the five boroughs, filling the company portfolio with numerous diverse and impressive projects.  From 65,000 sq. ft. rooftop greenhouses, glamping sites on Governor’s Island, retail spaces on Madison Ave., to yacht clubs on Fire Island, LoDuca is always eager to take on a new challenge.    

LoDuca’s team of employees are what makes the company stand out from the competition.  Our team staff boasts an array of multiple trade talents which enables us to self-perform much of our projects when the opportunity arises.  In addition, we have built great, long lasting relationships with our subcontractors that are used to supplement our larger projects or specialty trades.
