Carlos and Mimi Perez established Advanced Spray Foam & Coatings in 2010.

After 25 years of experience in the masonry construction industry, Carlos became aware of the many benefits of spray foam insulation. As the building industry slowed due to the economic downturn, Carlos seized the opportunity to transition to providing this innovative and effective insulation product.

Advanced Spray Foam is truly a family owned & operated business; every member has an important role. Carlos provides estimates and runs all operations in the field. Mimi promotes the business and runs the office. Their daughter Alissa provides graphic and web design services. Their son Tony graduated from Carroll Community College with a business degree and works full time in the field as an OSHA certified spray foam applicator. Tony is also a BPI certified home energy auditor.

As the business continues to expand, Advanced Spray Foam has recently purchased a second fully equipped "rig" and tow vehicle. This enables ASF to complete larger jobs more efficiently or to insulate multiple projects simultaneously. ASF is looking forward to creating job opportunities within our community as we expand our operations.
