ROMA Designs Construction was founded in Cleveland, Ohio in 2004 by Perry Williams. ROMA Designs is a Minority Business Enterprise that specializes in general contracting services for commercial, industrial and institutional construction. ROMA Designs Construction offers a wide range of professional services in construction including pre-construction estimating, project engineering and project management. We are affiliated with the The United Brotherhood Of Carpenters And Joiners Of America Local 21, Iron Workers Local 17 and the United Union of Roofers Waterproofers & Allied Workers Local 44.  As a sub-contractor, Roma Designs Construction has expertise in self-performing roofing, rough and finish carpentry, doors, frames and finish hardware installation, and miscellaneous metal installation.

Our office staff provides over 50 years of construction experience in contract management and administration, project management, estimating and risk management, contract document and specification control and construction jobsite safety program reporting and enforcement and other general contracting services to meet our client needs. ROMA Designs Construction has been very successful in completing our construction projects on schedule and on or under budget for our clients and will continue efforts on being a leader in this competitive industry. We are currently certified as a Minority Business Enterprise, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, Small Business Enterprise and Edge Certified Contractor and Supplier.

We have performed several projects in the health care for clients such as Cleveland Clinic Foundation and University Hospital Health Systems. In educational construction we have worked with Case Western Reserve University and currently we are on the CMSD Max Hayes project. In institutional construction we were the general contractor at the NEORSD’s Southerly Renewable Energy Facility.   We look forward to working with your company to meet your goals and needs in the near future.
