Good Scents Services is a woman- owned business founded in 1989 by Scott and Joanne Tharp. We serve an important role in the housing market by combining the talents of our skilled tradesman and experienced management team. We have a reputation for offering quality, well organized, multifunctional services.

We entered the field service industry by rehabilitating residential properties in the D/FW area. We are now a full-service property preservation, maintenance and rehab construction service provider.
