Established in 2003, AB Construction is a full-service general contractor that provides a wide range of construction services to federal, state and local entities. AB Construction delivers cost effective, quality work on schedule. While focusing on mission critical areas for the success of our clients, we have successfully managed steady upward growth by implementing strong management controls along with direct response to our clients’ needs. Capabilities include, but are not limited to, total site development and infrastructure construction with: full service civil construction site work; demolition and debris services; earthwork; heavy highway; bridges; all aspects of underground utility construction and rehabilitation including water, sanitary, sewer and duct bank.

In addition, AB Construction has expertise in Design-Build and an array of environmental services, construction management and special project capabilities such as disaster/emergency response. We are one of only a few certified small businesses in the Mid-Atlantic region that self-performs all aspects of horizontal site construction from civil construction, earthwork, and utilities, to roadways, bridges and stream restoration.

Our seasoned management and workforce including: estimators, project managers, safety personnel, administrative staff and field personnel hold over 30+ years of construction and project management experience.

AB Construction has successfully served as the general contractor self-performing on projects with a number of federal and state agencies in the mid-Atlantic Region of the United States for both public and private sectors as well as civilian and DoD clients which include but are not limited to: the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, USACE, NAVFAC, VDOT, DELDOT, PENDOT, MDOT, SHA, City of Baltimore and several other jurisdictions within Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
