The company was started in Salt Lake City, Utah in 1999 and within a few years realized a need to expand and offer services in outlying areas. Our services include commercial tenant improvement, design build construction, onsite and offsite development, ground up single and multi story buildings, construction management, service and maintenance and multi state capability. The hands-on experience and knowledge Three Rivers brings to the table includes over 20 years in the residential, commercial and light industrial sections of general building. Our projects have ranged from 500 square feet to 50,000 square feet with values from a few thousand dollars to the many millions, making us your most versatile contractor.
