Brett & Linda Fairbanks started KJ's  with one goal in mind. Being able to take care of customers HVAC needs without having to break their bank. It is very importand to them as a family to stick with their values on helping people and make a living without taking advantage of anyone. Our employees are paid hourly so they don't have to up sell something that you don't need. As owners it is extremely important for them to be able to go to sleep feeling rewarded that our customers are able to have options with their HVAC and not having to worry about paying top dollars.

It is our goal to ensure our customers they're well taken care off.  We know that by taking the time on educating them on their HVAC system, so they will feel comfortable and understand the options that we offer to them without making them feel unsecure about what needs to be done. We believe on building relationships not just a one time sale.
