Daytona Communities was founded in 1998 with a commitment to develop expertly planned communities and developments. Since our founding, we have developed over 1350 acres of land into 4100 lots. We continually strive to make the development process more efficient and find more practical methods of building to provide the highest standard of quality for our residents.

Daytona Properties is the newest addition to the Daytona Homes family. This division launched in 2015 to offer our customers not only a home ownership program, but also a rental property program. Since its launch, Properties has acquired and renovated, in partnership, over 120 residential units and have another 100 units and 3.8 acres of land in development.
