EDiS provides diverse services centered on our customer’s building and property assets. We provide planning, building and operation expertise to a wide-ranging group of private and public markets. Our core services include: Construction Management, Design-Build Solutions, Butler Manufacturing Pre-Engineered Solutions, General Contracting and Facilities Management. Our mission is to help our customers focus on what they do best while we provide knowledge and experience with what we know best.

Our services are grouped into three phases:  Plan, Build and Operate. They are also the three major phases of any capital improvement to an organization’s facility assets. EDiS’ services have grown much like we have grown from a masonry trade contractor in 1908 to a construction manager in the 1970’s.

Our services have evolved to meet our clients’ needs. Most organizations build, renovate or add to their facilities to solve an organizational challenge. Many organizations have recognized the diversions that capital projects can create when they do not have full-time, in-house construction staff. There is a better way.
