Danny Saenz's Bio
Danny Saenz, President of BRACE Integrated Services – Southwest joined the company in 2006 bringing with him a civil and mechanical background. Throughout his tenure with BRACE, Saenz has held the position of Vice President of Operations, Regional Manager, Sr. Project Manager and Project Manager. He has developed a strong foundation in the power generation, aggregate, fabrication and industrial service markets. Danny will be responsible for embedding best practice processes, managing key customer relationships, and resource planning efficiencies across the BRACE Southwest team. He will also be responsible for fostering the high-performance safety culture as well as assuring the continued accreditation of VPP Mobile Workforce status. Danny has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management as well as Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas in San Antonio, TX.
DeWayne Harmon's Bio
DeWayne Harmon, President for BRACE Integrated Services – South Central, has over 32 years of experience within the industry from Brock Services, LLC, Atlantic Scaffolding, Miken Specialties, LTD, and Cherokee Construction Company. DeWayne will be working extensively with corporate management in all phases while overseeing the safety, financial, operations, planning and forecasting in regards to establishing and managing the South Central Region. DeWayne continues to deepen his knowledge of the industry by attending Louisiana State University’s Executive Development Program, classes at Southeastern Louisiana University, training programs with SIA including Scaffold Competent Person Instructor and NCCER’s Master Trainer and Craft Skills Assessor/Instructor.
Logan Luedtke's Bio
Logan is responsible for managing BRACE’s Midwest Division. Luedtke started in industrial specialty services over a decade ago and has used his experience in project management, scheduling, field coordination, estimation and purchasing to elevate the Midwest Division to new heights. Logan has expanded regional capabilities with substantial growth and new offices in the Bakken and Ohio Valley. His commitment to improved business processes lead him to being an integral part of the design and implementation of a new ERP platform. Luedtke’s commitment to safety has kept the division excelling as an industry leader.
Mark Talley's Bio
Mark Talley, Executive Vice President, Brace Industrial Group. Mark is responsible for leading the organization’s focus on asset management, bid review, heat tracing, and coordination of growth initiatives across regions. Mark brings extensive knowledge and experience as the subject matter expert on scaffolding and more than forty years of experience within the Scaffold and Mechanical Industry. Talley has performed scaffolding projects throughout the globe including North America, South America, The Caribbean and Africa. Over his career Mark has served in multiple roles from Vice President to Director with companies such as Peterson Enterprises, Inc., STARCON International, Inc., XSERV, Inc., Vemon L. Goedecke Co and a national scaffolding firm. Talley is responsible for the Specialty Services Group within Brace which includes Refractory, Heat Tracing and 3D Computer modeling.
Mary Zappone's Bio
Zappone’s skill at transforming processes to drive revenue growth while creating environments that foster breakthroughs from multi-level teams have made her a respected leader throughout her 25+ year career. A top-tier strategist, she has forged an impressive record of success in areas ranging from merger integration, maintenance and reliability, and commercial negotiations to cost reduction initiatives, new product development and performance management systems.
Immediately prior to joining BRACE, Zappone served as President & CEO of Service Champ, the leading specialty distributor of automotive aftermarket maintenance parts. Previously, she served as President & CEO of RecoverCare, a medical products and solutions company. Additionally, Zappone worked at Exxon’s Baytown Refinery, where she led quality maintenance and reliability efforts, and at General Electric’s plastics division, where she implemented global reliability and cost metrics, benchmarking, and best practice sharing across 30 plastics plants in multiple geographies. Mary also has held high-influence positions with business giants such as Alcoa, Tyco, and McKinsey & Company.
Zappone holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

Matt is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) that brings an extensive breadth of Health, Safety and Environmental to Brace Industrial Group. During his 22-year professional career, Matt has been responsible for developing and implementing HSE strategies, behavioral based safety, incident reporting practices, audits, and best practices within global companies including KMG Chemicals, Chevron Phillips Chemicals, Arch Chemicals, PQ Corporation, Alcoa, and Ford Motor Company.
Mike Baxley's Bio
Mike Baxley, General Manager of BRACE Integrated Services – Southeast. Mike has been in the industrial insulation and scaffolding trades for 30 years. Mike spent 24 of those years with ESI holding every position from warehouse employee to estimator. Mike transitioned into Operations manger when ESI joined the BRACE family in 2014 and was then promoted to General Manger in 2020. His dedication to teamwork, continuity and employee morale is what drives BRACE Southeast to be a leader in production, sales and safety.
Peter Haanschoten's Bio
With 25 years of global experience in finance and strategy positions in several industries ranging from consumer goods to metals and mining, Peter joins Brace from John Hardy Global Holdings where he held the position of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining John Hardy, Peter served as SVP Division CFO for Patheon, a Pharma and Biotech company based in Boston. Peter’s prior experiences include CFO and other senior Finance and Strategy positions at Avon, Alcoa, McKinsey, Philip Morris, Dow Chemical and Citibank.
Haanschoten holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business where he majored in finance and strategic management. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration in his native Colombia.

During his 21-year professional career, Rodney has been responsible for recruitment, training, professional development, diversity strategies, benefit changes, mergers & acquisitions, compliance including ACA and ADA, change management, HR leadership, HR operational change and labor relations within global companies including UBS Investment Bank, Colgate-Palmolive, Sanofi-Aventis, PepsiCo, Inc. and Ashland Chemical.
