Big Red Crane Company, Inc. was founded in 2013 by owner / chief crane operator Mike Dawson, a 35 year veteran of the metal fabrication and crane service industry. After spending the past 15 years as VP / Sales Manager for Specialty Crane & Rigging in both Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties, Mike has built an outstanding industry reputation with his know-how, reliability, and dedication to customer service. Recognizing the local need for a more one-on-one service-oriented approach in the local craning industry, Big Red was born.
