Phelan Construction was founded on the belief that better building can be achieved through attention to detail and accelerating a project schedule. Our comprehensive knowledge of each trade and their capabilities separates us in our ability to achieve this goal. We have an architect on staff to act as liaison between architects, engineers, and clients to ensure ideas of the office are accurately translated to the built finished product. We are committed to each and every project, regardless of size or location.

We specialize in the restaurant, financial, retail and commercial sectors. We take pride in the quality and attention to detail of all our work. We have amassed a wealth of knowledge about code requirements, building service requirements, health inspections, and other minute details that play a large role in the final outcome of the project.

We like to get involved as early as in every construction project. By getting involved early, we can help clients achieve the best lease negotiations, provide architects and engineers with quality peer reviews, and examine as much of the construction details as possible to reduce change orders during construction. All design change orders on our projects are owner initiated; we rarely have any construction change orders from construction documents.
