Scope Of Work
This home received the Santa Barbara Beautiful Award in 2005. After a devastating house fire destroyed the original ranch style home on this site, the Blicks decided to take a positive approach to their challenging situation and build the house of their dreams! Adele Goggia, architect, did a beautiful job maximizing the ocean views and creating an old world French country home designed to suit their lifestyle and taste. The finishes include rustic granite cobblestones for the fireplace chimney, hearth and surround, distressed pecan flooring throughout, integral color exterior plaster, slate roof, and hand-worked wrought iron railings. With their tennis court, swimming pool and tropical island plantings, they are now truly living the Santa Barbara lifestyle.
