Ashley Campbell's Bio
Ashley Campbell brings a broad range of experience including strategic marketing, branding, sales services, business development, communications, and experience management. Her 16-year career centers on construction and she brings a passion for the building industry. After nearly 10 years with a national competitor, Ashley joined HITT in 2014 as marketing director. Since then her role has grown to include corporate communications, creative management, and business development.
In 2020, Ashley was promoted to senior vice president, a role that includes oversight of the firm’s human resources department. She believes there is a powerful connection between the client experience and employee experience that defines the brand and company culture. Through this alignment, Ashley leads the strategic vision for HITT’s client and employee experience to ensure HITT delivers on its brand promise.
Ashley is member of the firm’s Enterprise Governance Committee and often leads corporate task forces to deliver company-wide initiatives. Known for her vision, creativity, and ability to inspire, Ashley has helped elevate the HITT brand. She is an avid reader and has a passion for writing.
Brian Kriz's Bio
With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Brian has successfully led projects ranging in size from a single-office renovation to more than 350,000 square feet. As the role of executive vice president, Brian capitalizes on his extensive background to provide improved processes, quality control, and overall guidance and supervision to Corporate Interiors and Law Firms sectors. Additionally, he oversees the New York and Seattle offices and plays a key role in defining HITT’s corporate culture and operations strategy.
Beginning his career with HITT Contracting in the field in 1993, Brian rapidly advanced to a position of leadership within the company, culminating with his promotion to Executive Vice President in 2016. Brian’s award-winning portfolio includes leading national Clients such as BAE Systems, CapitalOne, Cisco, CSC, Grant Thornton, Hilton, and Microsoft.
Chris Hines's Bio
In his current role as senior vice president of HITT's three Texas offices, Chris manages the organization’s daily operations and strategic positioning to provide the highest level of professional construction services to the local markets in Austin, Houston, and Dallas.
Chris has more than 33 years of construction experience specializing in high-end commercial interiors projects. Prior to being named senior vice president, Chris served as principal partner and chief executive officer of Trademark Construction, where he led business strategy and held numerous supervisory positions including project manager and project executive.
Christian Zazzali's Bio
Christian joined HITT in 1999 and has more than 28 years of experience in the construction industry. As part of HITT Interiors, he specializes in renovations and build-outs and is also helping to expand our relationships and presence in the aviation services sector.
Craig Anderson's Bio
Craig Anderson has more than 14 years of construction industry experience. He started his career as an intern with a large electrical subcontractor, a valuable experience that allowed him to better understand the many technical aspects of our business. After his internship and time spent in the field as a project engineer, Craig joined HITT in 2011 as an assistant project manager. He progressively rose through the ranks, and in 2020 was named vice president.
As vice president of HITT Atlanta, Craig oversees the successful delivery of corporate interior and law firm construction projects, ranging from private institutions to Fortune 500 companies. In addition to providing guidance to project teams, he plays a key role in building long-standing relationships with both new and existing clients and subcontractors.
Drew Mucci's Bio
With more than 25 years of experience, Drew has made a career managing both the projects and the people that define DC construction. In 2012, after 10 years with HITT as a senior vice president, Drew left to lead the Mid-Atlantic operations for a national competitor. In 2017, he returned to HITT, bringing his signature persistence and passion back to the company where he cut his teeth. As co-president, Drew provides increased leadership for eight key market sectors, working to improve and expand the firm’s operations, preconstruction, and project solutions.
Since childhood, he’s been captivated by construction, taking his father’s tools to create and build something special on his own. Today, Drew approaches his work with that same curiosity, wondering how he can challenge the status quo of our industry.
A decisive yet diplomatic leader, Drew strikes a balance of being engaged yet empowering his team members, offering guidance while allowing them to grow independently. He sees success as threefold: it comes from empowering the next generation of talent, moving the needle for the company and the industry, and ensuring his family is always the first priority.
Evan Antonides's Bio
Since joining HITT in 2006, Evan has grown progressively through the ranks of operations, from project manager, senior project manager, and vice president. In 2017, Evan was promoted to the role of senior vice president and leader of HITT’s Technology sector, and in 2022, he was promoted to his current role as executive vice president. His responsibilities include team leadership, strategy, and client relationships. He also serves as a member of HITT's Corporate Steering Committee, providing executive oversight of the company's safety strategy. Evan values the importance of developing long-term relationships with both new and existing HITT clients and subcontractors. During his time with HITT, he has delivered many of the team’s fast-track data center construction and phased mission critical upgrade projects, helping HITT become a top five ranked data center sector contractor in the nation (Building Design + Construction, 2021).
Jeremy Bardin's Bio
With nearly 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Jeremy has a proven track record of delivering award-winning, challenging projects from high-end multifamily buildings to data centers, hotels, and commercial offices. He joined the company in 2002 and rose through operations in roles of increasing responsibility. In 2007 he was promoted to executive vice president responsible for the strategic growth and development of HITT’s Base Building sector. Additionally, he provided oversight of the Hospitality and Technology sectors over the past several years.
In 2017, Jeremy became co-president of HITT Contracting. In this role, he continues to provide executive oversight of the company’s booming Technology sector and drives national growth in current and new geographies. Jeremy is responsible for all operations in the regional offices of Atlanta, California, Charleston, Texas, and South Florida.
Josh Foreso's Bio
Josh Foreso started his career at HITT as a summer field laborer during college and joined the firm after college as an assistant project manager. He progressed quickly through the operations ranks from project manager, senior project manager, and vice president of the firm’s base building sector. Josh gained nearly 20 years of experience specializing in the new construction of multifamily and commercial office buildings as well as building repositioning. Throughout his career with HITT, Josh has worked on some of the largest and most complicated projects in the company’s portfolio in a variety of capacities.
In 2017, Josh was promoted to senior vice president and leader of the Corporate Office – Base Building, Multifamily, and Hospitality sectors. As sector leader, Josh provides executive oversight of all corporate office base building and multifamily construction projects and is responsible for the overall performance of the three teams. Additionally, Josh serves as a member of HITT's Corporate Steering Committee and plays a key role in guiding the company's preconstruction strategy. Josh is a passionate leader and mentor, dedicating his time to training and developing young leaders in the company.
Kim Roy's Bio
Kim Roy began her career in commercial construction with HITT Contracting in 1999. She rose through the ranks of operations in HITT’s Base Building sector, delivering more than 6.5 million square feet of complex tenant fit-out and new construction projects. In 2009 she was promoted to vice president and in 2012 to senior vice president in charge of preconstruction and strategy.
Kim’s considerable construction experience and business savvy propelled her to executive vice president in 2015. In this role, she led the firm’s healthcare sector, which delivers more than $100 million annually on hospital, ambulatory, and highly specialized patient care construction. Additionally, Kim provided executive oversight for a diverse group of corporate resources including Business Development, HR, Marketing, Preconstruction, Virtual Construction, and Sustainable Construction and Corporate Responsibility.
In 2017, Kim was named CEO of HITT Contracting. In this role, she is responsible for defining key initiatives, identifying emerging markets and business opportunities, as well as executing the strategic vision of the Board. She provides executive oversight for all corporate operations including HR, Finance, and Risk Management. Additionally, Kim leads the Corporate Steering Committee and the firm’s Strategic Planning Committee. She is also the President of the HITT Contracting Foundation.
P.J. Ross's Bio
P.J. joined HITT in 2018 and currently serves as the chief financial officer. P.J. brings with him two decades of progressive finance and accounting experience. Prior to joining HITT, P.J. held a succession of leadership roles for large multinational information technology and professional services companies. He has extensive experience with corporate business strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, merger and acquisition (M&A) due diligence and integration, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system migration.
As the chief financial officer, P.J. handles all financial matters for the company, including executive oversight of HITT’s corporate accounting team and national project accounting team, as well as IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, enterprise applications, virtual construction, and sustainable construction.
Ryan Bixler's Bio
Ryan currently serves as executive vice president, providing oversight for operations in our Atlanta and Charleston offices. However, his work for the company started long before that.
Between high school and college, Ryan got his first taste of the construction industry, working as a laborer for HITT. Once he finished college, he joined HITT’s headquarters office full-time in the field, working on interiors and base building projects, and assisting under various seasoned field superintendents.
He quickly rose through the ranks, moving to assistant project manager followed by project manager, holding several supervisory positions for a wide range of construction projects along the way.
In 2002, Ryan was tapped to spearhead HITT’s Atlanta office, serving first as director before being promoted to vice president in 2005, and again to senior vice president in 2006. Since then, Ryan has worked tirelessly to grow the Atlanta office, and it is now the fifth largest commercial real estate general contractor in that metro area. He hopes to see that success repeated in his expanded role.
Sara Collins's Bio
Over her 23 years in the construction industry, Sara Collins has led teams in the areas of operations, preconstruction, and business development. She has served on the facilities staff at a world-renowned academic medical center, has helped develop several $100+ million design-build and P3 projects, and has led the construction of healthcare projects of all sizes.
Sara joined HITT in 2015 as a vice president in the Healthcare sector and in 2017 was promoted to senior vice president and leader of the sector. As a sector leader, Sara is responsible for the safe, skillful execution of new construction and renovation of healthcare facilities, laboratories, and other clinical environments. As a passionate supporter of our Clients’ missions, Sara builds teams who understand partnership and keep the mission at the forefront of what we build.

Karl Sorensen's Bio
As the director of project solutions, Karl focuses on implementing construction best practices and deploying the right tools and technology on each job to enhance HITT’s ability to deliver exceptional project solutions to our clients.
Karl has more than a decade of experience in the construction industry, bringing project management, operations, and construction technology experience to his role at HITT. In addition to leading the project solutions team, he also oversees HITT’s sustainable construction and virtual construction teams with the goal of optimizing sustainability and efficiency across HITT’s jobsites.
Tony Baird's Bio
With more than 33 years in the construction industry, Tony has a wealth of experience and has played a vital role in the success of HITT’s site operations for a number of the company's largest confidential data center technology projects. He first joined the HITT team from 2004-2011, then came back in 2013 working in various site operations roles until 2021 when he was promoted to vice president. Tony plays a key role in corporate site operations and provides on-site supervision of team members, planning, scheduling, and quality control. He is responsible for subcontractor performance and implementation of HITT’s safety program. Tony provides strategy, constructability, and logistics solutions, ensuring work complies with contract documents. In his role as vice president, he provides leadership to improve relationships with new and existing clients and subcontractors. He also applies project collaboration tools such as Procore and building information modeling (BIM) to ensure quality control and further drive timely delivery of construction progress.
Finance & Accounting
Michelle Decker's Bio
Michelle’s career includes more than 15 years of accounting experience supporting multiple construction firms. She joined HITT in 2012 and has held leadership roles in both Project Accounting and Corporate Accounting. In 2018, Michelle was promoted to Director of Project Accounting overseeing HITT’s national project accounting teams. In 2020, Michelle was promoted to Vice President of Accounting.
As the Vice President of Accounting, Michelle provides senior leadership to HITT’s national project and corporate accounting teams. Michelle oversees all aspects of HITT’s accounting transactions and financial reporting. She manages the consolidation of HITT’s financial data to produce financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, coordination of external audits, and the annual budget and forecast process. Additionally, Michelle is responsible for overseeing banking and finance activities, ensuring proper reporting to all tax authorities and compliance with a comprehensive set of internal controls designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of our financial data. As a senior leader at HITT, Michelle serves as a member of our Enterprise Governance Committee and is treasurer of the HITT Contracting Foundation.

Aaron Martens's Bio
Aaron has over 16 years of construction industry experience. Since joining HITT in 2013, Aaron has quickly moved through the ranks of operations, building an impressive portfolio of work in the technology sector, both in Northern Virginia and Dallas, Texas. As vice president of HITT Technology, Aaron provides executive oversight of data center projects, including resource management, subcontractor engagement, and schedule and contract execution, to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Megan Lantz's Bio
Megan has more than 13 years of experience in the construction industry, starting her career in the field and rising through the ranks to project manager. She joined HITT in 2013 as a Director of Corporate Business Development, overseeing the company’s business development strategy, client engagement, and research platform. In 2018, Megan was promoted to Vice President and was responsible for HITT’s national business development strategy, including identifying new business markets and service lines to support the growth of the company. In January 2020, Megan took on a new role as the Vice President of Research & Development leading the strategy to drive change in the built environment. In this role, she has a wide range of responsibilities including oversight of all R&D projects, the Co|lab, thought leadership, and initiating market research to support the growth strategy.
