Scope Of Work
Construction of the Hotel Commonwealth expansion in Boston's Kenmore Square neighborhood completed in December 2015. Commonly referred to as "a nod to Fenway", the expansion faces Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox. The project totals 130,237 SF.
The expansion includes:
96 rooms to the existing 149 rooms
Three stories for valet parking (142 parking spaces)
An outdoor terrace
One story of meeting rooms, board room, and event space
A new full-service kitchen
Four-story connector integrating with the existing building
Redecoration in the existing meeting area
Remodel of the existing lobby and front entrance
A new fitness center
