Our Story

Moore’s Telecom Inc. is locally owned and operated and has been a leader in the telecommunications industry since 1993.  Our current portfolio consists of over 200 hotels under maintenance contract and over 100 hotels and small businesses serviced at time and material.  We provide dependable service and competitive pricing on a wide range of telecommunications products that can be customized according to size and specific needs.  We offer quality technical support 24 hours, 7 days a week including holidays.

Moore's Communications was founded in 1993 by LeRoy Moore and started with only him and his service van.  His hard work, honesty and "old school" approach to business lead to 20 years of consecutive growth for the company.  Leroy passed away in November 2011 and the company was then purchased by two long term employees.    The work ethic and values of Leroy Moore have laid the foundation for Moore's Communications and are still practiced today.

Moore's Communication's main office is located in Dover, OH.  Centrally located between Cleveland, Columbus and Pittsburgh.  We also have a network of technicians in most major cities in 47 states.  We have state of the art testing facilities and a 24 hour technical support team on hand.   Next day shipping and emergency service are also available.

President Renee Baer has been employed since 1999.  She started out as a secretary and worked her way up through all aspects of the business side of operations.  Vice President and Director of Operation Larry Howard was hired in 2001 as an entry level technician.  He also worked his way up through the ranks.  Moore's Communications employs a dedicated staff of technicians, project managers and administrative staff with an average of 7 years service.

Over the years Moore's Communications has generously donated to local schools, villages and towns.  We have worked with several school districts to upgrade security and safety for students and staff.  Local police stations, churches and official facilities have all benefitted from our hard work and dedication.  Since our inception we have valued family, faith and community.
