Luke began his career with Integrated Construction over 3 years ago as a Site Superintendent before moving into our head office as a Senior Estimator. Since the move, Luke has helped oversee various projects - from design all the way to construction. 

Before Integrated Construction, Luke owned his own construction company, building homes and multi-family developments in the Fraser Valley area. Luke now has 25 years experience in a spectrum of construction sectors including retail and industrial development. It’s his breadth of knowledge that makes Luke an important part of the Integrated Construction Team.

As Integrated Construction’s office administrator, it’s Keely-Jo’s job to know a little bit about everything. Whether you have a question about accounting, payroll, human resources or project coordination, there’s a good chance Keely-Jo has your answer.

Since working with Integrated Construction, Keely-Jo has helped streamline the company’s accounting processes. She can be found offering support to the company’s project managers while also managing the Edmonton office.

Keely-Jo went to school for both accounting and interior design.

From a young age, Rod was already spending his weekends with his developer father working as a carpenter, foreman and eventually as a superintendent. Looking for a change of scenery, Rod took a job as a junior superintendent at large construction firm in Oregon, where he took the Superintendent Training program.

Wanting to return to Canada, Rod decided to manage his father’s construction projects that were scattered throughout BC. Wanting to make travelling between sites easier, Rod got his pilot’s license and his very own Cessna 182.

In 2010, Rod joined the Integrated Construction team and has been supervising projects and providing superintendent training for the company’s staff.

If there’s something you need, Tracy probably has it. Or at least knows how to get it. As Integrated Construction’s office manager, Tracy has been helping keep the place running smoothly for nearly two decades. Knowing the inner workings of Integrated Construction’s office isn’t the only thing Tracy is good at. She’s also a whiz with numbers - which is why she’s also the company’s Accounting Manager.

Before Tracy found herself at Integrated Construction, she worked for Walter and SCI Construction, Metropolitan Life Real Estate in the Asset and Financing department and Pan-Abode.

A graduate of BCIT, Tracy has a bookkeeping degree.

Wade graduated with a Diploma in Construction Engineering Technology and has continued tocomplete other administrative and management designations throughout his career. Wademanaged manufacturing facilities for 20 years prior to joining Integrated Construction in 2007. Hehas since managed numerous large projects stretching from Vancouver Island, to the LowerMainland, Fort McMurray, Kelowna and Calgary, giving him a diverse knowledge of the constructionindustry and municipalities in Western Canada. Most recently wade is managing the completion ofa 102,000 square foot LEED Silver qualifying mixed-use warehouse in Richmond, BC.

At a young age, Mikhail started his working career in construction, framing houses and pouring concrete in Calgary, Alberta. After obtaining degrees in Marketing and General Management from Mount Royal University, Mikhail received internship positions in the Tech. and Commercial Real Estate industries. Since joining Integrated Construction in 2020, Mikhail has gained invaluable experience in sales, marketing, and the complete design-build process.

When he’s not at work, Mikhail can be found working on vintage European automobiles or spending time with his family and beloved dog, Lola.
