Bryan joined Environmental Solutions, Inc. and the Indoor Air Quality industry in 2008. As a Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE) certified by the ACAC, rigorous training and field experience has enabled him to see buildings as an organic whole with dozens of interrelated systems contributing to overall health. He specializes in infrared technology (Level 1 Thermographer) to identify building flaws which may contribute to occupant health and/or environmental risks. He is also a licensed asbestos and lead inspector, is Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certified (IICRC), is a Federal Mold Assessor, and is a Maryland Department of the Environment Certified Water Sampler.
He serves as the General Manager, and is responsible for training new Environmental Technicians.

Joan Wilson has been with Environmental Solutions since 2002. Her prior employment as a Sales and Marketing Manager for several Fortune 500 companies helped in the success of Environmental Solutions in their early stages. Currently as the CFO, her primary day-to-day responsibilities are planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities within the company.

Vinny founded ESI in 2002. In the past, he owned and operated a landscape construction company that provided storm water management controls for both residential and commercial property. In doing so, he consulted with management companies and developers on proactive solutions to water intrusion issues.

With his background in building and environmental sciences and the increasing concern of environmental health issues, he founded Environmental Solutions Inc, (ESI) now known and considered as one of the most reputable Environmental Companies in the Metropolitan area.

He is a Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE) certified by the ACAC, is a licensed asbestos inspector, is a Federal Mold Assessor, and is a Maryland Department of the Environment Certified Water Sampler.

Jack joined ESI in early 2019. He earned Bachelors of Science degrees in Environmental Sustainability and Chemistry from Wheeling Jesuit University. While there, he found his passion for water quality and the environment.
He is Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certified (IICRC), is a licensed asbestos inspector, and is currently an apprentice in ESI’s training program under the ACAC rules and regulations.

Jeff joined ESI in 2018. He is OSHA 30 and Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certified (IICRC), is a licensed asbestos inspector, and is currently an apprentice in ESI’s training program under the ACAC rules and regulations.

Patrick joined ESI in 2012. His disciplines are in moisture management of commercial and residential buildings. In addition to his knowledge of water intrusion through structural deficiencies and masonry foundations, he is known to be an expert in the design and installation of hydrostatic water pressure relief systems and carbon-fiber structural support strips.
He is a licensed asbestos inspector, is a Maryland Department of the Environment Certified Water Sampler, and serves as our in-house specialist for asbestos inspections and waterproofing.

Ryan joined ESI in 2013. He spent time in the remediation and restoration industry before focusing on environmental testing.
He is a Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE) certified by the ACAC, holds licenses for asbestos and lead inspections, is Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certified (IICRC), is a Federal Mold Assessor, and is a Maryland Department of the Environment Certified Water Sampler.
He is our compliance and safety manager, and is responsible for ensuring our inspectors abide by the current industry regulations.

Ryan joined ESI in 2017. He is a licensed asbestos inspector, is a Maryland Department of the Environment Certified Water Sampler, is Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certified (IICRC) and earned the title of Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE) in 2019. 

Zack joined ESI in 2016. His educational background in Public Policy and Ecosystems Restoration, along with his professional experience in the construction, renovation, and remodeling industry, has helped him further his understanding of the significance of the relationship between people and their environment.
He is a Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE) certified by the ACAC, is Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certified (IICRC), is a Federal Mold Assessor, is a licensed asbestos and lead inspector, and a Maryland Department of the Environment Certified Water Sampler.

Maxi joined ESI in 2018. She holds degrees in Communications and English, and is responsible for ESI’s marketing. She schedules and prepares educational seminars and represents the company at many industry events.

Haleigh joined ESI in early 2015. If you’ve ever called our office, you know Haleigh. As the “air-traffic controller” of the office, she schedules and tracks appointments. Her meticulous nature and highly organized personality make her perfect for the job, ensuring a smooth-running service to our valued customers. Her outgoing attitude brings a great energy to the office and is a great asset to the team.

Mindy joined ESI in 2020. She provides excellent customer service while assisting in scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized and efficient office.
