Scope Of Work
Prairie Forge Group was hired to perform an existing conditions study on the Municipal Building Campus in Saint Charles, Illinois, and to provide a comprehensive analysis of the four existing interconnected buildings. This included recommendations and drawings for maintenance, repairs, and improvements to the historical building structures. PFG is currently renovating and repairing this high-profile, occupied campus and following carefully developed plans in order to preserve the buildings’ architectural integrity and historic character.
